Winter Wishes

Thank you Kim for reminding me to get back on track here! I've been slack with the holidays this year and I do apologize! I also have some sneak previews from the new catty that I want to show you all :0)

Stamps: Snow Swirled (111690; set of 6 -$24.95), Holidays & Wishes (109431; set of 6 - $17.95)
Paper: Brilliant Blue: 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" (mounted on whisper white finished size) and 2-1/2" x 2-1/2", Bashful Blue: 4" x 5 - 1/4"and 2-1/4" x 2-1/4", Whisper White: 3-3/4" x 5"and 2" x 2"
Ink: Brilliant Blue Classic Stamp Pad, Bashful Blue Classic Stamp Pad, and Almost Amethyst Classic Stamp Pad
Stampin’ Up! Accessories: Snail Adhesive, Bold Bright Brads, Ticket corner punch, Stampin Up Crafters Tool Kit

This cards was super cute and super easy. I took the snowflake stamps and randomly stamped the images all over the whisper white CS (hint: stamp your greeting before you stamp the brilliant blue snowflakes, so you don't have a muffled greeting) And, since Christmas is over, a good replacement greeting for this pretty snowflake card could be "Warm Wishes" from the Hugs & Wishes stamp set (109383; set of 6 - $17.95). I then stamped the large snowflake in brilliant blue on the 2" x 2" whisper white cs. Using the ticket corner punch - punch all four corners on the white, bashful blue, and brilliant blue squares. I then slightly adhered the Whisper white, on the bashful blue onto the brilliant blue (you can just adhere a small spot on the corners as the brad will help hold them together) then in the center of the snowflake, using the paper piercing tool and mat pierced a hole through all three pieces. Insert your brad! Put together all of your layers and you have a wonderful winter card! It could make a nice Thank you card too!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, and I wish all of you a wonderful, blessed New Year! May this year be much better for ALL of us!
